Students in the Posse Foundation are chosen as scholars and go through college prep together as seniors in high school then attend the same college campus together where they get ongoing support. The Posse Foundation has identified, recruited and trained 5,544 public high school students with extraordinary academic and leadership potential to become Posse Scholars over the past 25 years.
