He approached Bass soon after about building the personal investment concept into a business...With the average student graduating with more than $26,000 in debt and unemployment for 18-29 year olds at 11.5%, Millennial are starting their adult lives from behind and struggling to catch up, let alone get ahead both professionally and financially. But at least one company aims to change that. Pave combines the idea of a business investment and mentorship in mutually beneficial social financial agreements. The company provides a platform for teams of backers, older, more experienced professionals - to invest in prospects, 20 and 30-somethings starting their careers.
